THE ALLROUND KLUB

A dynamic group workout designed to improve overall fitness.
This group class is more an experimental, technical and trial/try-out based training sessions. It combines various training styles and equipment to enhance strength, endurance, mobility, and general conditioning, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Expect elements of strongman, grip and static strength, body build and more.
Build muscle, strengthen bones and stay powerful.
These classes are excellent for the Oldies too!
