group sessions
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
In this training session we go wild on the kettlebells, dumbbells, bulgarian bags, barbells, body weight and other exercises. You want a total body workout? this will be your date and lasts for a hour+. Be prepared for a class full of strength and condition exercises. Be aware of loads of sweat, muscle ache, exhaustion and fun.

STRONG TRAINING
You want to butcher your muscles...well this is your trip in strong training. Get it done with strongman and power lifting exercises. The sessions might be done in circuit or might be done in the more in-depth training session.

THE BIG LIFTS
The big muscles you know.... Workout on deadlifts, benching, squatting, rowing, presses and all it's accessories. Go in-depth or let's do this in circuit style
